The Chairman of the organisation is Themba Nyathi. He has a BA Degree, majoring in Law. (Wits University) MBA, (BSN, Netherlands) Themba Nyathi was a Group Executive (HR) at MTN Group. He amassed vast experience in project management, construction, and other Africa related projects.

He was part of the original MTN team that led to the expansion of the organisation into Africa resulting in over 200 million customers across the continent and Middle East. He has won several business awards for MTN in his 17 years tenure as an Executive at MTN.
